ABOUT

King Niels gave the name to Kongsvad on the 12th. century, which began as a monastery mill, and continued as an electricity plant before it became a pond farm.

The pond farm was closed down and the property with associated lands came under Denmark's Finance Act in 2006 and has since then undergone a thorough and impressive upgrade - with the Ministry of the Environment being the driving force.

In an absolutely fantastic union of beautiful, older details and original aesthetics, we now enjoy this sensational property in 3 floors, with associated buildings including horse stables, outdoor kitchen, large garage, solar panels and energy optimized solutions in general.

Kongsvad Mølle on the 8 acres property is located in the middle of a fantastic nature, with its own lakes and 800 m private stream. The bird and fish life is amazing and we regularly meet everything from pheasants to deer on the property.

The oasis is located 3 minutes from the motorway E45 and exactly between Aalborg and Aarhus, which is extremely attractive when we want to use our time optimally.
